COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Physik Instrument E-621 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Proface products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pro-face parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Polyspede product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Proface such as the PFXGP4501TAAC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GP2400TC4124 manufactured by Pro-face and we are pleased to be able to service most Pro-face systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RHP200 by Manufacturer Polyspede as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Port Brand MUMR825 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Port such as MUTM25PP1HL equipment made by Port have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Port products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Port" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available OCDEIB1B1213S060PRM made by Posital-Fraba as well as the popular GP77SC4124V original spares produced by Proface Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TR80BL by Port and MUTM25PP1HL spares by Port are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M22220 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Physik-Instrument. |
